She is a pioneer in the development of Tibetan Buddhist Psychotherapy in Australia and established this country's first Tibetan Buddhist Psychotherapy Training Course. She was appointed by H.H. Sakya Trizin (together wth a Buddhist Monk) the Coordinator of Sakya Trinley Ling (a Tibetan Buddhist Dharma Activities Centre). She has undertaken further extensive professional training in Jungian Analytical Psychology and Child Psychotherapy and has 27 years of clinical experience as a psychologist and clinical psychotherapist with individuals, mothers, children, couples and supervisor in private practice. She is a registered psychologist with the New South Wales Registration Board.

Barbara Rose: Clinical Trainer and President ICP
Barbara Rose has been a Trainer at ICP since 2000. She has been a Member of ICP since it's foundation in 1994 and is currently in the role as Clinical Supervisor and Therapist to trainees as well as general administration matters. Barbara has been running a busy private practice as a Clinical Psychotherapist, Dream Analyst and Tibetan Buddhist Psychotherapists for the last 12 years. Her Previous Experience includes: Guest Lecturer at Universities, Adult Education and Independent Midwife which reaches back for over 30 years overseas and in Australia.

Peter Douglass practices as a health care professional in the fields of psychotherapy and dentistry. His association with these professions stretch back over 30 years and have culminated in him joining the staff at the Insititute of Clinical Psychotherapy as a trainer and supervisor. Peter brings a wealth of clinical and ordinary life experience to the task of inspiring clients and trainees to take up their search for a deep and meaningful connection with the world around them. His main clinical interest at present is the issue of why men are so reluctant to take more responsibility for their emotional maturation and psychological well being, rather than leaving this burden largely to their wives and partners.
