Tibetan Buddhist Psychotherapy Post-Graduate Training Course : (By Arrangement)

Intended for those already qualified as therapists and wanting to integrate Tibetan Buddhism in their work.

Pre-requisites for this category of training are a substantial number of years of professional practice and committed involvement in Tibetan Buddhism.

Duration of this Training Strand is by arrangement with the Director of Clinical Training and depends on the applicant's background and experience.

Overview of Tibetan Buddhist Psychotherapy Trainings

Training Structure:

. One hour a week contact with one of the directors of training utilising the internet
. Reading, assignments and activities as arranged with your trainer
. This may include: Clinical Theory, Personal Therapy, Clinical Supervision, Control Cases,Tibetan Buddhist teachings; depending on your background and experience.

Qualifications:

Successful completion of the training course will entitle trainees to “Clinical Membership” of ANZAIDA with the title “Clinical Psychotherapist (Tibetan Buddhist Psychotherapy)”

Application Process:

Applicants will need to fill out an application form and attend two pre-selection interviews (either in person or via internet)
